Conaprole instant fat filled powder is made from fresh, skimmed, pasteurised and evaporated milk, with in-line addition of vegetable fat. The blend is then dried through a spray drying system, agglomerated, and finally packaged with nitrogen and carbon dioxide injection. During processing soy lecithin is added by aspersion.
It has a wide range of applications including reconstituted milk, direct consumption, and as an ingredient in different types of preparations such as beverages and desserts.
It can replace whole milk powder totally or partially in certain food formulas.
