Conaprole 26% F instant whole milk powder is made from fresh, standardised, pasteurised and evaporated milk, which undergoes thermal treatment to obtain low, medium or high heat milk. It is then dried through a spray drying system, agglomerated, and finally packaged with nitrogen and carbonic dioxide injection. During drying, soy lecithin is added by aspersion.
It has a wide range of applications including reconstituted milk, and as an ingredient in milk beverages, dairy desserts, chocolate, bakery and confectionery products.
It is particularly suitable for reconstitution applications and direct consumption.
Recommendations for reconstituted milk:
• To prepare 1 glass: add 1½ tablespoon (18 g) of milk powder to half a glass of warm, previously boiled water. Mix vigorously and complete the glass (200 mL).
• To prepare 1 L: add 7½ tablespoons (90 g) of milk powder to half a liter of warm, previously boiled water. Mix vigorously and complete to 1 L.
