Conaprole partially demineralized cheese whey powder (D70) is made from skimmed cheese whey, which undergoes nanofiltration and electrodyalisis. It is then concentrated through a vacuum evaporation system, dried through a spray drying system, and finally packaged according to presentation.
It has a wide range of applications as an ingredient in Nutritional products. In particular, it is an excellent source of whey proteins and lactose with a very low mineral content. This allows achieving a desired whey proteins-caseins ratio, and reaching the required mineral profile.
