Conaprole medium heat whole milk powder is made from fresh, standardised, pasteurised and evaporated milk, which undergoes medium heat thermal treatment. It is then dried through a spray drying system, and finally packaged with nitrogen and/or carbon dioxide injection, according to presentation.
It has a wide range of applications including reconstituted milk, and as an ingredient in milk beverages, dairy desserts, chocolate, bakery and confectionery products.
Recommendations for reconstituted milk:
• To prepare 1 glass: add 2½ tablespoons (24 g) of milk powder to half a glass of warm, previously boiled water. Mix vigorously and complete the glass (200 mL).
• To prepare 1 L: add 12 tablespoons (120 g) of milk powder to half a liter of warm, previously boiled water. Mix vigorously and complete to
1 L.
